This website sets no cookies, embeds no analytics or advertising services and serves its fonts and icons from its own server. A cookie banner is therefore not needed. What data nevertheless arises when you visit is set out below.

When you access the site, your browser transmits technically necessary data which IONOS stores in server log files: among other things your IP address, the time of access, the file requested, your browser type and the page you came from. This serves the secure operation of the website. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in that operation under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. According to the provider, IONOS keeps the log files for a maximum of eight weeks and then deletes them automatically.

3. YouTube videos

Videos from YouTube are embedded on this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The videos do not load by themselves. Until you click one, you only see a preview image served from this website's own server, and there is no connection to Google. Clicking loads the video via youtube-nocookie.com. YouTube then receives your IP address and learns which page you visited. If you are signed in to YouTube, the request can be linked to your account. A transfer to the USA is possible; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG, which you give by clicking. It applies only to that video and to this visit; to withdraw it, reload the page. For details see Google's privacy policy.

If you write or call, I store your details in order to deal with your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise my legitimate interest in responding under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. I do not pass this data on, and I delete it once the reason for keeping it no longer applies and no statutory retention period prevents deletion.

You can also reach me via WhatsApp. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. WhatsApp processes your telephone number, your message and connection data, including outside the European Union. I have no influence over this. If you wish to avoid it, please use email or telephone.
